This workshop style course is designed using the ADDIE model of instructional design. I built the workshop as a way for small business owners to create tried and true Reels without being overwhelmed by trends.
I structured it as a hands-on, pause-and-do virtual learning experience.
This project highlights how I mapped the learner's immediate need, designed active learning moments, built in pacing flexibility, and delivered a practical outcome.

The initial design of this project started with a needs analysis where it was determined that customers lacked a simple but effective way to create Reels. The challenge was to create a mini-course or workshop that would last the test of time in the ever changing landscape of social media.
After creating a high-level outline in Google docs, I trasitioned into drafting a written storyboard to outline each decision point, challenges the learner may face, and feedback ponts. Based on the needs analysis, I decided customers would need interactive tools for the Reels interface to ensure course success.
Finally, given the delivery of the course, I decided to develop the course in Articulate Rise. I created all graphics, edited all elements within Rise.
