Client wanted to create a course for parents to help them learn supportive language and be able to set clear boundaries with their anxious children.
She had a thriving private practice and wanted to branch into the digital world.
This asychronous course is designed using the ADDIE model of instructional design.
The scope of this project changed and the client said "Katy was flexible and supportive all the way through. I can say confidently I would not have completed this course without her."

The initial design of this project started with a needs analysis where it was determined there are courses on the market similar but none for the audience my client was targeting. After our initial meeting, I conducted a market analysis and from there we moved to a more detailed outline.
After creating a high-level outline in Google docs with my clients, we discussed challenges the learner may face and feedback ponts. I developed a launch marketing plan and sales page copy while waiting for course videos from the client.
Finally, the client decided on a website course host instead of a course specific platform and has since changed it. Her course has 100% completion rate to date, client feedback states course is easy to navigate and access.
