Portfolio
This course is designed as a group program using the ADDIE model of Instructional Design. It can presented as self-paced for entrepreneurs to plan, design, and launch a course. I built the framework, curriculum, and assets so busy experts can turn their rough ideas into a clear course with measurable outcomes and simple launch plan.
Using backwards design tied to business goals, clear objectives and assessment alignment, as well as key check in points for progress to ensure success, clients were able to complete their courses.
Course Creation Formula highlights my ability to take a complex process and simplify it for results.

The initial design of this project started as a mind map after a brainstorming session and needs analysis. It was clear there were no courses on the market for small business owners teaching them instructional design principles. I mapped the learner journey visually in Figma to show the instructional flow, how learmer will interacts with content, and where they might need support.
I took the ideas from the brainstorming sessions and turned them into a rough outline and storyboard in Google docs to highlight delivery options. This course can be taught synchronously or asychronously.
Finally, given the delivery of the course, I decided to develop the course in Membervault. I created and edited all course graphics in Canva and all course video iMovie.
