Client realized there was a gap in the braiding market for braiders to turn their skills into a business. They lacked knowledge about creating policies, learning pricing strategies for profit, and streaminling appointment scheduling.
We worked together to conduct a needs analysis, design the outline, and develop her course using the ADDIE model of instructional design.

The initial design of this project started with a needs analysis and market research. It was determined customers lacked a comprehensive program to scale their braiding businesses. The challenge was to create an accessible course with potential for coaching options.

After creating a high-level outline in Google docs together, the client created scripts for her course videos with her own team. During the development phase, we worked together to develop potential marketing options.

Finally, the client was already using Kajabi and decided to continue hosting her course on this platform. She developed her program and materials with her team while I supported her from the consulting side.
